About US
"I rejoice in the Lord because of your concern for me. You were indeed concerned for me before, but you had no opportunity to show it. I do not say this because of being in want;
I have learned to manage with what I have. I know what it is to be in want and what it is to have plenty. I am trained for both: to be hungry or satisfied, to have much or little.
I can do all things in God who strengthens me."
(Philippians 4: 10-13)

Although I received a formal calling in 1999 and began working partially in the missions since,
I could make it full-time only in 2006! I began this like I was walking further on a journey,
on a mission, with God for companion and partner, as teacher and guide. For long I looked at
myself as a learning Faith-worker, on a path of understanding Life-Sciences, abstract Processes
like Faith, Trust, Love, Faithfulness, Peace, Partnership, Family-Life, sharing and caring etc.
The dynamics were ethereal and the deliberations O so totally engrossing!
Having been blessed with a Processes management foundation, I found the spiritual world to be an intricately
woven process with a complex mapping of minds and souls along work-flows. I found sub-processes that could
be grouped under Good, Bad and Ugly… Indeed, it felt like I was in the centre of a Spiritual-network
where the flow of God's graces became the unhindered blood-line through every vein of it!
And the more I dwelt in it, the more enchanted I became…
The practical essence of faith lives in the interaction with humans,
with everything that is God’s creation, that has HIS mighty Hand in it.
And as I enjoy working with people, the faith in them has helped me
unlearn and learn various aspects that has kind of extending my journey.
Some of the Missions I participate in are Intercessory Prayer and Spiritual Counselling,
also sometimes accompanying young people as a Transition Mother through their difficult times;
Programmes co-ordination, communications and producing of creative art forms for some of the Church Programmes.
I have been blessed to be a Core Group member at the Archdiocesan Catholic Enquiry Centre,
staff at the Pontifical Mission Organizations India, a confirmed
Pauline Co-operator in the Association of Pauline Co-operators of India;
as anchor or in panels for Divine TV and Goodness TV Programmes, part of the Family Rosary
Movement and an ardent peace activist via internet missions...

Was a simple handy-person :) with a Tool-kit of Processes, WW Standards, Controls, Review and Audit mechanisms, going from Team to Team, working with brilliant-minds and beautiful-hearts... and with them ensuring that the neuro-network of the Company was working well without problems, while also improving routes where-ever necessary to make cycle-times better and effectively efficient.
My role involved a variety of end-to-end Business Processes Management and Reviews, across. Key among them were the n/w of Business Processes and again Business Controls which included Quality and Standards adherence management among Projects and Departments in the company. Indeed, the journey of a handy-person is interesting when there are challenges and new situations! And I found them through reviews and improvements among Processes, some of which were: Customer Satisfaction Process; Customer Relationship Management Process; Change Management Process; Risk-Management and Disaster Recovery Management Process; Contingency Planning Process; Quality; Other Business Processes (Procurement; Order-Fulfilment; Finance; HR; Administration; Communication; Acquisitions; Product Sales and Marketing; IT Security; IT Services; etc)
Life at IBM included many interesting phases... Each time there were teams involved, everything felt glorious! It was an interesting time to take various Teams across the companies through a set of interactive Customer Satisfaction Management Training Modules. There was also the challenging time of making ready EVERY Business Processes for the Y2K transition! WOW! This was a time period when Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Contingency Planning and other related Processes were considered prime for testing and reforming! Audits and Reviews otherwise, for several world-wide IBM Standards and Compliance measures, ensured that our time with teams had to produce a “Satisfactory Rating” aka being GREEN in every audit, whether internal or external, each time!

My first place of 'work' YAY!! :) This is where I first discovered I had a certain LOVE for people! :) I began working in the Back-Office and with Room Reservations, later moved into the Front Office as Duty Manager (or Lobby Manager as referred to in some places). Had to eventually leave though because of my mother's failing health... her cancer was an emergency that simply made me quit all else to be with her during her last phase of life on earth...
Process Management began its first baby steps in my life here! I remember being given a file on "Yield Management" (Rooms Management for maximum revenue as it is a perishable commodity every day) by our Accommodations Manager and then working on it with him to make it into a capsule for Training everyone else, basically to make it some form of Movement among us working as a Front Office Team.
I did not also know that seeds of Counselling were being sown in me here, as I enjoyed working with people from various fields, from different walks of life, from varied cultures, languages and faiths. Even as they exchanged a few little wee bits about themselves and their situations, their interactions made me enjoy the participation even better... the whole experience was again another growth blessing...
ThankU God for everything - my past, present and future... :)

Activities and Societies: Education has never stopped with College for me.. I continue to learn.. yes I still do, this process is ongoing.. :) ThankU God! :)
My life in College was one filled with questions! I was severely disappointed when I understood I could never become a Medical Doctor due to a family situation, and I simply went through the mechanics of being a junior (under-graduate) and then College student... The only requirement was for me to get a 1st Class result and I did it for the sake of it!
I attended classes, did my labs etc., but then I would enjoy sitting before Lord Jesus in the Chapel whenever possible, putting all my doubts and queries, pain and struggles and all else before HIM... There was the subject of Faith I was learning unconsciously (and of being an Intercessor and Counsellor) ... studying various Chapters and passing exams that did not count with Certificates...
Looking back, I thank God for the Chapel in College that allowed for an education of sorts in the safest environs, in peace and tranquillity although a bunch of questions almost always raged a storm inside me...
