There surely is no specific time or place for prayer and counselling.

It is the soul, the abode of God in us, that resounds the prayer of The Holy Spirit (our breath of God) working through us from there. Prayer from our being is a 24x7 process, just as we breathe all the time. Ideally, when we stop praying here on earth, we become dead to our human nature because we no longer require it as we do not belong here anymore… We then sing praises to our Creator God, in Heaven, resting in peace…
